- All product and service descriptions on the website are for general informational purposes and may be updated without prior notice.
2. Orders and Acceptance
- Orders and service engagements are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment, as communicated in writing or by email.
- teslaexports.com reserves the right to reject or cancel any order without liability, in cases of suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or unavailability of service.
- All engagements will be valid only if confirmed through email or written communication.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise specified.
- Payments must be made through approved methods communicated by teslaexports.com.
- Taxes, duties, or government levies (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer.
- Invoices will be issued electronically unless otherwise requested.
4. Delivery of Services
- Consultancy and training services will be delivered as per the agreed schedule, subject to availability.
- Delays due to external factors (third-party vendors, client dependencies, regulatory delays, etc.) will not constitute a breach of contract by teslaexports.com.
- In case of unavoidable rescheduling, clients will be notified promptly.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
- All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
- Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed at the sole discretion of teslaexports.com and only for services not yet delivered.
- No refunds will be provided for partially completed services or consultancy hours already rendered.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to ensure service delivery.
- Any compliance, export regulations, financial approvals, or legal clearances remain the sole responsibility of the client.
- teslaexports.com is not liable for delays, penalties, or rejections caused by incorrect information or client-side failures.
7. Third-Party Products and Services
- Where services involve third-party vendors (software, logistics, financial institutions, etc.), all warranties, guarantees, and liabilities remain with the respective provider.
- teslaexports.com’s role will be limited to facilitation, coordination, or advisory support.
- We are not responsible for delays, defects, or disputes arising from third-party services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, teslaexports.com’s liability in connection with any sale or service shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for that service. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Governing Law
This Sales Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
